PIERMONT GRAND EC SHOWFLAT
Belysa EC was completely sold out as of 29 June 2011. The next EC launch will be the one at Sumang Walk, to launch in mid 2019, called the Piermont Grand executive condo.
Piermont Grand is located at Punggol new town, unlike Belysa that is situated in Pasir Ris. And while Belysa was a small project with only 300+ units, the Piermont Grand executive condo is a mid-sized project with over 800 units. But the other major difference is in their pricing.
Belysa EC was priced at an average of just $720 PSF. The Piermont Grand EC will likely launch at a much higher price point, something like 50% higher, at over $1,100 PSF.
The Piermont Grand EC showflat will open for sale around end June, to early July 2019. However applications can be filled in before that, but these must be lodged into the HDB system that will be available only at the computers at the Piermont Grand showflat.
